GMT operates an official Public Verification Registry accessible through its website. The Registry enables verification of active certification status for institutions evaluated under GMT standards. Each certified entity is assigned a unique Certification Identification Number (Certification ID).
The Registry may include:
- Legal name of certified entity
- Country of operation
- Certification category
- Certification level
- Certification ID
- Effective date
- Expiration date
- Status (Active, Suspended, Revoked, Expired)
The Registry reflects certification status as of the date of search.
3. Scope of Verification
Verification confirms only:
- That the institution holds active GMT certification
- The certification level granted
- The approved scope evaluated
- The validity period
Verification does not:
- Guarantee clinical outcomes
- Replace governmental licensing
- Confirm regulatory compliance beyond the scope evaluated
- Extend to individual practitioners unless separately certified
4. Certification ID Structure
Each Certification ID is uniquely generated and corresponds to:
- Certified entity
- Category of certification
- Issuance year
- Sequential identification number
Certification IDs are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the evaluated entity and approved scope.
5. Status Definitions
GMT reserves the right to update status at its discretion in accordance with the Terms of Certification.
6. Third‑Party Verification Requests
Third parties seeking formal confirmation beyond public registry data may submit written verification inquiries to:

GMT may require:
- Certification ID
- Legal entity name
- Purpose of verification request
Additional documentation may be provided at GMT's discretion and subject to confidentiality limitations.
7. Reporting Misuse or Fraud
GMT maintains a zero‑tolerance policy regarding fraudulent representation of certification status. Suspected misuse includes:
- Unauthorized use of the GMT Certification Mark
- Display of expired or revoked certification
- Misrepresentation of certification scope
- Alteration of official certificates

- Initiate formal investigation
- Suspend or revoke certification
- Issue public notice of revocation
- Pursue legal enforcement where applicable
8. Limitations
The Public Verification Registry reflects certification status at the time of query. GMT does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the registry system. Verification data is limited to certification status and does not disclose proprietary institutional documentation.
9. Policy Amendments
GMT reserves the right to amend this Verification Policy. Updated versions supersede prior versions upon publication.
