Program Fees & Billing Framework
Global Medical Trust operates under a structured, evidence-based evaluation model.
Program fees reflect institutional scope, governance complexity, operational scale, and the depth of compliance review required. Certification fees are determined following eligibility screening and formal scope definition.

Application & Eligibility Review
A non-refundable application fee applies prior to formal evaluation.
This fee covers:
- Preliminary eligibility screening
- Initial governance and compliance review

- Conflict of interest clearance
- Evaluation pathway assignment
Payment of the application fee does not guarantee certification approval.
Assessment Phase
Assessment fees vary depending on evaluation format and institutional complexity.
On-site assessments may be required for multi-site institutions, high-complexity operations, or expanded scope certifications.
Certification Validity & Renewal
Certification is granted for a two-year validity period, subject to compliance with certification terms.
Renewal fees typically range between 60%–70% of the initial certification fee, depending on institutional changes, scope adjustments, and updated evaluation requirements.
Substantial scope modifications may require additional review fees.
Additional Scope & Multi-Site Evaluations
Additional campuses, specialty units, expanded services, or cross-border operations may require supplemental evaluation fees.
Expedited review services may be available upon request and are subject to additional charges.
What Is Not Included
Program fees do not include:
- Government licensing or regulatory fees
- Regulatory penalties or remediation consulting
- Translation or document certification services
- Travel, lodging, and related expenses for on-site assessments
- External advisory or compliance consulting services
Billing Terms
- A formal quotation is issued following eligibility confirmation and scope definition.
- Payment schedules and invoicing terms are defined within the certification agreement.

Global Medical Trust does not operate under a membership subscription model. Certification decisions are independent, merit-based, and contingent upon documented compliance with established standards.
